When building digital products: have your agents create labs! Sometimes you think you have a good idea but it’s really not that great. Or- You just need some inspiration. For What2Do, I created many different labs to help me make better product decisions.

Designing with Opus 5.5 is an absolute blast. It’s able to one-shot incredible design that doesn’t feel “AI”. Over the past few days I’ve been able to experiment with many ideas and it’s all starting to come together. Looking for feedback on a first mockup of the app. Let me know if you’re able to help!

I keep forgetting about this because it’s so small, but Global Friends has been nearly ready to release for too long. As I’m finishing final reviews for @founder-mode ’s App Store release I will do the same for this app.

Started using inngest.com - It’s an open-source project for managing events as durable functions. This helps ensure that events can be safely retried, that we don’t waste money on excess API calls/LLM invocations, and have excellent observability. Loving it so far!

Realized that all apps I’m working on (Founder Mode, What2Do, and Vagabonder) will all depend heavily on data from the web that is diverse, fresh, and readily available.
