Talked to my pc all day, it works REALLY well Using https://github.com/kitlangton/Hex , it’s open-source, fully local, and exceptionally fast. My prompting speed has gone up drastically and it makes interacting with coding agents effortless. Highly recommend!

A major FounderMode update is live on web and macOS 🚀 This release brings faster workspace browsing, richer venture details, improved messaging and unread state, stronger attachment handling, and a more native Mac experience across navigation, profiles, presentations, and updates. macOS 1.2.5 is available now. iOS TestFlight will follow separately.

Deprioritizing, this kind of business will require capital & tons of time (compliance, managing initial users, ..). Not the best use of time right now. This idea started as a joke but was started due to interest from cofounders, however, it doesn’t make sense to pursue at this time

Time is limited! Focus on what makes sense for you now. Don’t try and juggle too much at once.

Neither founder has adequate time to find customers. Growing EchoBox would require higher focus on branding & customer acquisition. Putting project on hold for time being

Juggling many responsibilities, let alone multiple startups, is hard. It’s best to keep things simple and focused - especially in the beginning when projects require your full attention!

FM has some new updates! Noteworthy are: - Planning: task statuses - Feed: added reposts & quote posts - User @handles: change & reserve handles - Website homescreen revamp - Settings consolidation - Various improvements, reliability fixes & bugfixes Main focus now is on polishing, preparing us for a full public release on major platforms & finally starting to use and grow the product. Super excited!

Being out there and exploring new areas, meeting new people, and in general being active instead of falling into routine helps me feel free and structure my thoughts. Excited to pick up where I left off: Launching @founder-mode & @worldlink-global-friends to the App Store, and starting @what2dolol for real. 🚀🚀🚀

What you measure is what you grow. To keep our eyes on the prize, I’ve added an MRR tracking initiative to the Founder Mode roadmap. It’s not a top priority, but definitely something I’m excited about. Especially the ios widget will be nice Manage your own roadmap in the Founder Mode app & let me know what features you’d like to see

Nearly finished MacOs prototype, too. This is already one of my favorite interfaces: The sidenav on the left makes it so easy to context-switch between your startups and keep a clear picture of what priorities you should focus on.
