How to read the results

•Good Objectives are inspiring and ambitious but achievable -- they describe a meaningful outcome, not a task.
•Each Objective should have 2-5 Key Results. More than 5 means the Objective is too broad.
•Key Results must be measurable with a number: 'Improve onboarding' is not a KR; 'Increase Day-7 retention from 30% to 45%' is.
•Scoring at 60-70% of your Key Results indicates appropriately ambitious goal-setting. Consistently hitting 100% means goals are too easy.

Companies typically set OKRs quarterly with annual strategic objectives. Google, Intel, and most high-growth startups use OKRs. Best practice is 3-5 Objectives per team per quarter. Each OKR cycle should end with a retrospective before the next one begins.
